Date & Time:
Following successfully bidding for a grant (part of a national RPC scheme) funded by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). The GSCP are excited to have partnered with experts from the Tavistock Relationship Centre to deliver these Reducing Parental Conflict Practitioner Training and Train the Trainer sessions.
These first sessions will be an Introductory workshop, which will focus on:
- Thinking about co-parents in conflict
- evidence overview
- parental conflict and domestic abuse/violence,
- distinguishing between the two,
- practice development,
- children’s views and how to have relationship quality conversations.
Practitioners wishing to become trainers via completing the train the trainers course are encouraged to attend this course also, as this is the session you will be being trained to deliver. Attendance on this course is not compulsory to register for the Train the Trainer session but would be highly beneficial.
