You can deliver a range of topics from basic induction to safeguarding to working with young people who self-harm, as well as delivering training in areas that you have experience in. This is a great way to learn something new and contribute to your professional development. The Train the Train programme will be open to all staff with any working background. Trainers will be required to deliver 2 to 3 training sessions a year on behalf of the GSCP.
